Perk Tier Requirement

Text is the Requirement text (autoformatted or custom text, see below) that will display what's necessary to unlock that Tier (one requirement listing per prefab).

For Other Perk and Stat requirements, the text will be displayed as "Stat/Perk ≥ #" (i.e. Scavenging ≥ 8).

For Conditions, it will display custom text set in the Display Text of the Conditions section of the Requirement.

Background is a simple optional Image, doesn't have to be a background. It will change color based on the colors selected below.
